  2. Check your Vitamin D levels and supplement if low.
  3. Include dark green leafy vegetables in your diet on a regular basis. They are very rich in calcium.
  4. If you are overweight, lose those extra kilos. Join a supervised exercise program or a walking group to keep you motivated.

Follow up with your doctor to get the necessary tests and plan to prevent progression of arthritis.
