Simple tips to fight Fatigue

Here follow these tips to stay fit and avoid fatigue

Avoid ice cold drinks. Cold foods and drinks tend to slow your metabolism and make you feel full, tired and sleepy. Its better to avoid them as much as possible, whether fatigued or not.
